• Must currently reside in Japan. Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate(s).
• Native level Japanese reading and writing skills
• Self-starter who can make decisions and take action without being told
• Strong organizational skills
• Fluency in English is preferred
• Ability to translate Japanese to English and English to Japanese
• Interest in public policy, politics and international business a plus
• Strong research and critical thinking skills a plus
• Graphic design skills a plus (creating infographics, charts, etc.)
• Accounting skills a plus
• Marketing skills a plus
業務内容
• Office management (management of office environment, supplies, scheduling, etc.)
• Meeting setup, event registration, etc.
• Help ensure client satisfaction
• Translation support
• Marketing and sales activities, social networking management
• Participate in marketing and sales activities, including social media management
• General administrative support
学歴
• Bachelor’s degree or higher a plus
• Past working experience in an office environment a plus
